Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission approved two special use permits and one conditional use permit. The conditional use permit for a nightclub at 110 North 18th Street was approved with an 18-month probationary period. A special use permit for two two-family detached dwellings, two single-family attached dwellings, and a single-family detached dwelling with garages for rent at 1300 and 1302 North 34th Street was also approved.
