Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Hollister Planning Commission approved a two-year extension for the Kramer Commons subdivision tentative map and conditional use permit, allowing the project to proceed despite financial hardships. Additionally, the commission approved exterior modifications and an outdoor dining space for a new Asian fusion restaurant, Hop Bros, in the downtown area, along with a parking reduction for the establishment.
