Planning & Zoning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning and Zoning Commission approved several conditional use permits, including renewals for North Street Curry Shop and Sylvia's Pizza, and a new permit for Chepos to allow on-premise consumption of mixed beverages. The commission also discussed the 2027 Capital Improvement Program and the North of Campus Neighborhood Area Plan, and approved a zoning change for a property on Columbia Avenue and Marlton Street.
