Planning Board - Regular Meeting

The Planning Board approved a 68-unit housing development and a new public safety facility. The housing development, Danville Corner Housing Development, was approved with conditions related to recording the subdivision plan and granting water and sewer easements. The public safety facility, Auburn Public Safety Facility, was approved with conditions for additional screening and water/sewer easements. The Board also discussed a 32-unit housing first residential development, Hampshire Commons Apartments, and granted waivers for building width and lot width, with a final vote scheduled for May.
