Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission approved two variance requests and two conditional use permits. The first variance and conditional use permit were for a carport and an oversized garage, respectively, at 1510 West Boulevard. The second variance and conditional use permit were for a seasonal greenhouse and Christmas tree sales lot at 770 Mountain View Road. The Commission also approved the creation of the Healing Way Tax Increment Financing District and its associated project plan.
