This is a Public Hearing to consider a recommendation regarding: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA AMENDING SECTIONS 16.03.3.2.3 AND 16.07.7.2 AND TABLE 3.1 OF THE BUENA VISTA MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING NATURAL MEDICINE BUSINESSES. The ordinance proposes zoning and operational regulations for natural medicine businesses, including location restrictions, hours of operation, and other requirements to comply with state law and local needs.
