The Hubbard County Planning Commission Board of Adjustment addressed an amendment application for a shoreland management ordinance and two variance applications. The commission denied a request to amend the shoreland management ordinance to allow controlled access lots as a conditional use on natural environment classified lakes, but approved a variance for structural alterations to a non-conforming dwelling and another to create a riparian lot that does not meet minimum lot width requirements.
