Planning Commission - Special Meeting

The Planning Commission approved a major design review, lot line adjustment, warrant, and exception for a four-story medical office building at 2819 East Main Street, and also approved an amendment to a Coastal Development Permit, a Major Variance, and a Minor Design Review for the Pittsfield Residence at 1107 Pittsfield Lane. Additionally, an exception was granted to reduce the rear yard setback for the Hajost Residence at 192 Reata Ave. The commission also reviewed and approved the 2027-2031 Capital Improvement Plan, with a correction to the general plan
