Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Sacramento County Planning Commission approved a conditional use permit and design review for a new fueling station, convenience store, and car wash on Calvine Road. They also approved a use permit, special development permit, and design review for a 50-foot-tall wireless communication facility in the Antelope community, despite public concerns about radiofrequency exposure. Additionally, a tentative parcel map, special development permit, waiver for a parcel map for condominiums, and design review for the Florian Townhomes project were approved.
