Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Franklin Municipal Planning Commission approved the election of a chair and vice-chair, approved the consent agenda, and authorized the calling of letters of credit for two subdivisions due to uncompleted landscaping improvements. The commission also recommended approval for an extension of vested rights for Gateway Village PUD and for the annexation and zoning of an 80-acre agricultural property, despite public concerns about the provision of city services. Finally, a revised development plan for Ovation Pad Subdivision was recommended for approval.
