Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission received an introduction to the Critical Areas Code Update, which is required by the Growth Management Act and will involve updates to stream buffers, critical aquifer recharge areas, and fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas. The Commission also reviewed Phase 2 of the Periodic Update Code Amendments, covering topics such as middle housing, accessory dwelling units, emergency housing, clear and objective design standards, unit lot subdivisions, co-living, parking requirements, impact fees, and application review procedures.
