Planning and Zoning Meeting - Regular Meeting

The Planning and Zoning Commission voted to table a rezoning request for 350 acres on Nissan Parkway and Highway 22 to I2 (heavy industrial) to allow for further investigation into a proposed buffer and to facilitate communication between the applicant and residents. The Commission also approved a site plan for a new training facility for Mississippi Materials.
