Planning and Zoning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a conditional use permit for Idaho Power to expand an electric substation, with a condition to install a 10-foot detached sidewalk. The Commission also voted to recommend approval of a rezone and preliminary plat for the Bonnie Brook residential subdivision, with an amended condition for traffic calming measures at the Leighton Street entrance. A conditional use permit for a co-housing project was deferred to allow the applicant to provide more detailed operational and safety plans.
