Staff Summary: The V&T Commission will review the invoice listing of accounts payable checks totaling $88,472.45 paid July 1-31, 2026, of which $44,904.22 is allocated for FY 26, and $95,872.91 paid August 1-31, 2026.

Staff Summary: The V&T Commission will review a comparative statement of adjusted revenue totaling $71,257.20 and expenses totaling $43,568.20 for July 2026 and adjusted revenue totaling $128,246.04 and expenses totaling $144,516.53 for August 2026 and make a determination whether to approve the report. The current bank account balance as of 10/21/2026 is $2,036,929.37.
