Resolution (26R-124) Approving an Amendment to the Extension of a Joint Agreement between the Village of Bolingbrook and the County of Will for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant and Home Investment Partnership Grant Programs

- Board approved the Joint Agreement in August 2026, which facilitates continued Federal funding programs - HUD requested amendment to the Joint Agreement to address future HUD qualification requirements, including adopting amendments to the Agreement when necessary to meet HUD Urban County Qualifications requirements - Reviewed and approved by all relevant personnel
