South Creek-Building 11 [26-0371]
The Commission is asked to review and consider approval as part of the consent agenda for project updated elevations that were noted during Planning/Zoning preliminary inspection. The ordinance for this project specifies CDC review of building elevations, but does not require an approval or action. Therefore no action is required or requested, but approval is suggested as part of the Consent Agenda review criteria.
110 Jay Street-Affordable Housing [26-0372]
The Commission is asked to review and consider approval of the elevations for an affordable housing project. In fitting w/ Council decisions to promote more affordable housing opportunities, this project only requires CDC review. Therefore, no action is required or requested.
