Convene into Closed Session
During the meeting, the Village Board of the Village of Ashwaubenon may convene into Closed Session pursuant to: (a) Wisconsin Statute Section 19.85(1)(f) for the purpose to consider/discuss/act on the appeal of denial for the Venus Spa Massage Establishment License application or investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies, which, if discussed in public would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.
Reconvene into Open Session
The Village Board may thereafter reconvene in open session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 19.85(2) to report the results of the closed session and consider the balance of the Agenda.
