Melissa Schwartzlow, owner of 2114 Hawthorne Avenue, is requesting variances from COJ Zoning Sections 42.178 and 42-440.(b)(1)f. in order to construct a 10' by 12' shed along the west side of the attached garage. The request is to reduce the required setbacks from 10' to 5' between the shed and the house, and from 8' to 5' between the shed and the west property line.

Dillon and Hollianne Burke, representing Homes by Burke LLC, owner of 1543 S. River Rd., are requesting a variance from COJ Zoning Ordinance Section 42-178. In order to construct a garage in front of the house. The code permits detached structures to be located only in the side of the rear yards.
