Any person wishing to address LAFCO on any item not on today's meeting agenda may do so at this time and, if deemed necessary, refer the subject matter to the appropriate department for follow-up and/or schedule the matter on a subsequent LAFCO agenda. Unless the matter qualifies for an exemption under the provisions of Government Code Section 54954.2 (b), action or Commission discussion cannot be taken on "unscheduled matters," and are limited to three (3) minutes.
