Item: Public Hearing to Consider the Transfer of Portions of the Yelm-Rainier-Tenino Trail to the City of Yelm

(2) Move to authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the “Amendment to Grant Agreement” between Thurston County Public Works, the City of Yelm, and the State of Washington Recreation and Conservation Office to add the City of Yelm as a secondary sponsor responsible for the long-term obligations of a 1.6-mile portion of the Yelm-Rainier-Tenino (YRT) Trail. (3)Move to execute the “Interlocal Agreement between Thurston County and the City of Yelm Relating to the Transfer of Portions of the Yelm-Rainier-Tenino Trail Located in the Urban Growth Area of the City of Yelm” and associated deeds once the City of Yelm has signed the agreement.
