Discussion and Possible Action to Approve the Second Amendment to Contract No. CON-25-045-ENG with WaCo LLC International

Recommendation: Authorize the Town manager to execute the second amendment to Contract No. CON-25-045-ENG-A2 with WaCo LLC International for emergency sewer repair work in the amount of $150,000 increasing the total contract amount to $175,000.

Recommendation: Approval of Ordinance 2026-02, the Major Special Use Permit Amendment (SUP-26-02) for the addition of a three (3) solar panel systems on a new parking lot shade structures at Franciscan Renewal Center.
