Tentative Parcel Map #26-03, 630 N. 4th Street, APN 047-021-010
A public hearing to consider a tentative parcel map to consider the division of an 18,375-square-foot lot, located at 630 N. 4th Street, APN 047-021-010, into two parcels. Each of the new parcels would measure 9187.5 square feet. The project is located in the Downtown Residential Zone. City staff has determined that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act per §15315 (Minor division of land). (This agenda item was continued from the October 8th Planning Commission meeting)
