Motion to amend the previously approved minutes of the council meeting held on March 9, 2026, which currently state Mrs. Black "wanted to move to have the minutes kept verbatim hereafter," by striking out that phrase and inserting the accurate account: "wanted to move to start officially recording city meetings, with those recordings made available to the public on the city's website."
