Reconsideration of Variance Request No. VARY26-09-17-0007: 323 Pine Drive
Determine whether to approve or deny the requested variance. Motion to approve Variance No. VARY26-09-17-0007 for 323 Pine Dr., finding that the request meets the conditions for granting a variance pursuant to Section 44-638 of the Box Elder Municipal Code. OR Move to approve Variance VARY26-09-17-0007 for the reduction of the exterior side yard setback along Pine Drive from 18 feet to 12.1 feet, conditioned upon completion and recording of a lot line adjustment that brings the western interior side yard into compliance with the applicable setback requirements, finding that the request, as conditioned, meets the applicable criteria of Section 44-638. OR Motion to deny Variance No. VARY26-09-17-0007 for 323 Pine Drive, finding that the request does not meet the conditions for granting a variance pursuant to Section 44-638 of the Box Elder Municipal Code.
