Fairgrounds Lease: Action Item

Discussion and consideration of the renewal of the City of Elko Lease on the Fairgrounds.

Grounds Rental Rates, Contracts, Arena signs and Banners: Action Item

Discussion and consideration of any changes to the contracts or ground rental rates, arena signs and banners for 2027.

2027 Elko County Fair- Plans and Suggestions.

1960-1969 Elko High School Class Reunion Meet & Greet 2nd Sunday's 4:30-6:30pm by Cowboy Bar for a board annual event.

Racing-2026 report and what is in the future. Poleline truck for racing gate.

Grounds Report: For Possible Action

Discussion and consideration of the projects that have been done, going to be done with the improvement and upkeep of the Elko County Fairgrounds.
