CALL MEETING TO ORDER
STATEMENT RERGARDING ADEQUATE NOTICE OF MEETING
In compliance with the requirements of the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10 4-6 et. seq. adequate notice of this meeting has been provided by publishing a copy of the Annual Meeting notice in the Chatham Courier, and the Daily Record on January 9, 2026, a copy of which was posted on the official bulletin board on the main floor of Borough Hall and was filed in the office of the Borough Clerk.

MISSION STATEMENT
The Shade Tree Commission's responsibilities include planning and maintaining trees along Borough streets, public rights-of-way, and Municipal Open Spaces. It is the goal of the Shade Tree Commission to create and maintain optimum tree cover and species diversity, while keeping up a pruning and removal program that will keep our streets and parks safe.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Chatham Borough Shade Tree Commission that the minutes from the following meeting is hereby approved as prepared and shall be filed as a permanent record in the Borough Clerk's office: July 23, 2026 Approved minutes shall be filed as a permanent record in the Borough Clerk's office.
