The City Council will consider approving the minutes of the September 15, 2026 Regular City Council Meeting.
Amendment to the Agreement with Civica Law Group for Special Counsel Legal Services
The City Council will consider approving an amendment to the agreement with Civica Law Group for special counsel legal services related to code enforcement activities.
Revisions to the Personnel System
The City Council will consider an additional 1.5% cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for regular staff, retroactive to July 1, 2026, following direction provided by the Council in closed session on September 15, 2026. The Council will also consider updating the City Manager's salary to reflect the 1.7% cost-of-living adjustment provided under her employment agreement for Fiscal Year 2026-27, now that her Fiscal Year 2025-26 performance-based salary adjustment has been finalized.
