It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at the Kwik Star Ribbon Cutting to be held in the Brookings Marketplace on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
