Recommendation: Staff recommend that the City Council continue the Public Hearing from September 16, 2026, an ordinance amending Atherton Municipal Code (AMC) Section 15.40.152, Construction Management and Operations Plan (CMOP). Description: This item concerns a continued public hearing on an Ordinance amending the Atherton Municipal Code Section 15.40.152. “Construction Management Operations Plan”
CONDUCT THE PUBLIC HEARING AND INTRODUCE FOR FIRST READING, BY TITLE ONLY, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ATHERTON MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 15.40, “CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS,” AND RECODIFYING EXISTING “CONSTRUCTION TIME LIMIT (CTL) REGULATIONS” AS NEW CHAPTER 15.41. CEQA: EXEMPT FROM CEQA PURSUANT TO GUIDELINE SECTION 15309 AND 15332
Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council consider and introduce for first reading an ordinance amending Atherton Municipal Code (AMC) Chapter 15.40, “Construction Regulations,” and recodifying the Town’s existing Construction Time Limit (CTL) regulations as new Chapter 15.41, “Construction Time Limits.” Description: This item concerns the first reading a potential ordinance that would recodify existing portions of the Atherron Municipal Code governing Construction Regulations (15.40) into a new section specific to Construction Time Limits (15.41)
