Applicant seeks a variance from §280103(B) of the zoning ordinance to permit 8 parking spaces where 16 are required; a variance from § 2804(B) to allow parking stalls with an 8'-6" width for three of the parking spaces where 9'-6" is required, all other parking spaces will remain in their existing nonconforming condition.
