Purpose: Receive a briefing and hold a study session to discuss the 2025-2026 State Legislative Updates. Provide staff with direction to prepare the draft code amendments to implement the relevant 2025-2026 State legislative updates impacting the Kirkland Municipal Code (KMC) and Kirkland Zoning Code (KZC).
