Enter Executive Session pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A Subsection 405(6)(C) to discuss two separate land acquisitions.

Authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign the appropriate documentation for the purchase of ________________, in ________________, Maine in the amount of $________________ through the use of Federal ARPA funding. This motion will be made when the Commissioners vote to exit the executive session.

Authorize the County Manager to amend the contract with CFG Health Systems L.L.C. for jail medical services to increase RN pay to $50/hour and adjust the annual budget for all cost categories, including the management fee, by 1.9%.
