Appeal #3274 - Applicant, Expedite the Diehl LLC, property located at 363 West Lancaster Avenue and zoned CO Commercial – Office District.
Applicant requests the following relief from the Radnor Township Zoning Ordinance: a variance from § 280-120(C)(2) to permit two proposed wall signs on the south and east elevations to extend to 17’ 81/4” above existing grade, where a maximum sign height of 15’-0” above existing grade is permitted.
Appeal #3275 - Applicant, Waverly Heights, property located at 452 S Roberts Road and zoned PI Planned Institutional District.
Applicant requests the following relief from the Radnor Township Zoning Ordinance: a special exception to §280-68B to permit a life care residence use, and variances from § 280-112(D) to permit disturbance of steep slopes; § 280-69.C to permit a building height of 45 feet where a maximum building height of 38 feet is permitted. Furthermore, if and to the extent necessary, a variance from § 280-70.B.1 for proposed building(s) to exceed the maximum 160-foot length and depth permitted; and, if and to the extent necessary, any and all other relief necessary for the proposed use and development of the properties.
