The Housing Advisory Committee (HAC) will receive public comment on non-agenda items within the purview of the HAC. The Chair may limit the length of individual presentations.
AGENDA ADDITIONS, DELETIONS AND CORRECTIONS
The Committee Clerk will announce agenda corrections, deletion and proposed additions, which may be acted on by the Housing Advisory Committee as provided in Section 54954.2 of the California Government Code.
Approve the October 22, 2025 Draft Action Minutes. 26-796
Approve the 2027 Meeting Schedule. 26-797
Nominations & Appointment of Housing Advisory Committee Chair and Vice Chair for 2027. 26-798
a. Conduct a workshop to receive community feedback staff's recommended changes to the County's Inclusionary Housing Ordinance; and, b. Provide direction to staff. 26-799
