Steel Tariffs (Administrative change order approval, after the fact, based on delay in receiving tariff costs)
Discuss and review a recommendation supporting a Change Order to Consigli Construction stemming from the addition of Structural Steel Tariff in the amount of ($70,290.59) at the High School, ($334,036.19) at the Hanaford Elementary School and ($240,466.82) and ($154,710.95) at the Frenchtown Elementary School, resulting in a total “not to exceed” change in the amount of ($799,504.55), to be funded through the use of the $150,000,000 in school construction bond proceeds, in accordance with the projects funding detail and as recommended by the SCC at their 9/28/2026 meeting.
OWTS RIDEM:P – Frenchtown (change order approval)
Discuss and review a recommendation supporting a Change Order to Consigli Construction stemming from cost increases to the Wastewater Treatment Facility at the Frenchtown School resulting in a total “not to exceed” change in the amount of ($399,405.18), to be funded through the use of the $150,000,000 in school construction bond proceeds, in accordance with the projects funding detail and as recommended by the SCC at their 9/28/2026 meeting.
Furniture & Fixtures- EGHS
Discuss and review a recommendation supporting a bid award to Herz Furniture in the amount of $5,166.08, Johnson Scientific in the amount of $87,673, Monitor Equipment in the amount of $131,071 and WB Mason in the amount of $169,849, with all elements totaling an amount “not to exceed” $393,759 to be funded through the use of the $150,000,000 in school construction bond proceeds, in accordance with the projects funding detail and as recommended by the SCC at their 9/28/2026 meeting.
Technology/AV Package for Handford, Frenchtown and East Greenwich High Schools
Discuss and review a recommendation supporting a bid award for Technology and AV equipment and related infrastructure at the High School in the amount of $622,023, the Frenchtown Elementary School in the amount of $1,373,691 and the Hanaford Elementary School in the amount of $1,062,757 in the total amount of $3,058,471, to be funded through the use of the $150,000,000 in school construction bond proceeds, in accordance with the projects funding detail and as recommended by the SCC at their 9/28/2026 meeting.
