(a) Conduct a Public Hearing and adopt a resolution approving the Draft 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan and the proposed use of funds for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) programs. (b) Authorize the City Manager to submit the Annual Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
