Review and provide direction regarding the final siting, architecture, colors and materials, landscape screening, and lighting pursuant to Town Council Resolution No. 66-2026 for Development Plan Request DEV25-0013 and Major Subdivision Request SUB25-0011 for the Community Presbyterian Church mixed-use housing development at 222 West El Pintado Road and along Ilo Lane and Charles Lane (Project Planner: David Crompton).
