Clark County Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission held a large church project for two weeks to address concerns about building height, parking, and landscaping, following significant public comment and a discussion on federal religious land use law. Residents from Moapa Valley expressed frustration after their proposed development items were also held. Separately, a plant nursery and a permit for small livestock (chickens) were approved.
